- How long does it take to build a modular home in Connecticut?
- Most modular homes are finished in the factory in a matter of weeks while the foundation is poured on site. From contract to move-in, a typical project runs far faster than comparable site-built construction — weather delays simply don't stop a factory line.
- Are modular homes built to Connecticut building code?
- Yes. Modular homes are built to the same state and local building codes as site-built homes, inspected in the factory and again on site after the set.
- Do you sell modular homes as well as set them?
- We do all three: we sell and distribute Simplex modular homes, and we build and crane-set them on your foundation. C. Maratta Builders works strictly with modular homes.
